Ajara Chamber of Commerce and Industry started a process of joining the project «Corridor of effective cooperation»

Meeting of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baltic Black Sea Economic Forum Mr. Volodymyr Makukha and Project Leader “Ukraine – Georgia” of Baltic Black Sea Economic Forum Mr. Lasha Kldiashvili with management of Ajara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) was held on the 27th of April in Batumi. Participants from side of ACCI were Deputy Head of ACCI Mr.Aslan Lortkiphanidze, Head of Association of Transport and Logistics Mr. Tamaz Turmanidze, Head of the Association of Tourism Development Mr. Jemal Gogitidze and Head of administrative department of ACCI Mr. Giorgi Zirakashvili.

During the meeting perspectives and road map of joining by ACCI the project “Corridor of effective cooperation” were discussed.

Representatives of ACCI management responded positively in regard of the project and mentioned that it’s very well-timed and perspective. Also they expressed willingness to start joint development of Memorandum of Cooperation.

Besides general Memorandum of Cooperation between ACCI and Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum and joining of the project “Corridor of effective cooperation” by partners from Batumi an agreement was reached in regard of development and preparation for signing a Memorandum of Cooperation between Association of Transport and Logistics of Ajara.
