Vilnius and Kherson - the next steps in development of cooperation in the field of higher education

Cooperation between Kherson State Maritime Academy and Mykolas Romeris University is actively developing. The agreement on cooperation between these leading higher education institutions of Ukraine and Lithuania was signed on September 25, 2020 during the VII Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum. Since then, there is an active communication between them. In particular, on May 5 a leading specialist from Mykolas Romeris University, Doctor of Science Migle Eleonora Charnikovaite gave an online lecture for teachers of Kherson State Maritime Academy on "Application of augmented reality and gamification in higher education." During the lecture, Kherson teachers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the relevant experience of Vilnius colleagues. Such activities are invaluable for both higher education institutions and are planned to become one of the segments of the practical implementation of long-term cooperation.
