Завершено юридичну процедуру укладення угоди про співпрацю між Херсонською державною морською академією та Технічним університетом Молдови (м.Кишинів). З української сторони угоду підписав ректор морської академії, доктор наук, професор Віктор Гусєв, з молдовської сторони 25.06.2026 року її підписав ректор технічного університету, доктор наук, професор Віорель Бостана.
